This is an experiment. It’s a vintage — well a couple of years old — seller brochure. The signs and logos are last generation, but the experiment is to see how this might work as an online flipbook.

(By the way: You can download an offline version of either of these flipbooks by clicking the ‘full edition’ link and then accessing the ‘Options’ menu. It comes down as a Zip file that might be something you could email.)

James,
I think it is a great idea. I think I would get a lot of use out of it. I have posted an online listing presentation to our site using Scribd http://www.prescotthomesource.com/Selling_the_HUS_Way/page_1964341.html and direct potential sellers to the link.
Wow! Mike — that is soo cool. Everybody: click on the link Mike shared above and see his presentation.
Wow, this very cool. I was just watching a short webinar earlier today about how to use tools like on the web. It’s the next big thing. Get on board! Thanks James and Mike!
Both look great but I really like Mike’s. Bring the computer on the listing appt and what a great listing presentation. The problem is I could never customize it and get it on our site. Any way the company can do this for all the offices?
