Tami joined us about 8 months ago as our Communication Resource.  She has a rich background in newspaper reporting and editing and in teaching Mass Communication at a college level.  Best of all, she spent a number of years as a real estate broker offering alternative pricing to the consumers in her marketplace.  She wasn’t Help-U-Sell, but she didn’t miss by much.

Tami is the originator and author of Help-U-Sell Connect, has activated our Public Relations effort, worked to document and distribute our training and done (like everyone else at HQ in Sarasota) whatever it takes to keep things moving forward.

One of the areas of expertise Tami is carving out for herself is the creation, development and maintenance of a strong online presence for Help-U-Sell real estate brokers.  She’s become a real pro at website optimization, improving search engine results, social networking and so many other electronic aspects of our business.  She stands ready to help you any way she can including:

• Helping you use Google Analytics to discover the most powerful keywords for your local market
• Working with the Content Management function in OMS to customize your website content to reflect those keywords, thus improving your search results
• Customizing other website content and functionality to attract the interest of consumers
• Creating a Facebook presence for yourself and your local community that results in more business for you
• Effectively using Blogging, Zillow, Trulia, Twitter, et. al. to build your personal online identity

Ron McCoy and Tami Patzer will be hosting this Thursday’s Training webinar on ‘Managing Your Online Presence.’  They’ll be taking a look at how to use Facebook, Trulia, Zillow, Blogging, YouTube and other electronic media to build your name and reputation and extend your reach online.  They’ll be showcasing examples of effective use by Help-U-Sell family members across the system.  I expect it will be a great session and should leave you with an easily managed list of to-do items to get started taking advantage of this opportunity.
